Chubb Monitoring Centre

We delivered a complex security monitoring facility for Chubb Fire & Security at their premises on the Parramatta River. The project involved constructing a defense-grade concrete bunker within the existing warehouse to achieve Grade A1 accreditation to the highest Australian Standard (AS2201.2). Engineering challenges included deploying a 100-tonne crane with custom outrigger pads, installing additional support columns from the carpark and utilising specialised piling with a telescopic drilling rig due to unexpected geological conditions at 12-meter depth. We carefully staged this project ensuring Chubb's various business units maintained operational continuity while we transformed their 5,000m² warehouse including 500m² of office space across two levels and all ancillary spaces.
