At Urban Core, our 50/50 gender balance and diverse identities have always been intentional.

Our team had the privilege to attend Diversity and Inclusion training to debunk the myths, understand what makes our approach actually work, and how to protect it as we grow.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: we all have unconscious biases. We all tend to click with people who look and think like us. And that’s exactly what we're learning to challenge. 🧠

Real progress isn’t just about who’s in the room. It’s about what happens inside the room - creating psychological safety where mistakes can be owned, ideas can be challenged, and different ways of thinking are valued. 🙌
