Building Brooki

I'm sure many of you have heard of the viral BROOKI Bakehouse. When it came to creating another location, we wanted in (and a taste of what everyone's talking about). 🍪

It’s so nice to finally share what our QLD team has been up to, we’ve been holding this secret in since the project was awarded. Brooki’s first of several flagship stores to come.

We gave a blank tenancy the full Brooki treatment, iconic pink and vibrant branding. This complete fitout involved extensive services upgrades, including new in-slab hydraulic services and ceiling modifications, carefully sequenced so tiling could keep moving.

We installed bespoke joinery throughout, laid custom stonework in premium marble across the front service area and main baking zone. Glazed the partitions so customers can keep watching the work happen (not just on a feed), all behind a shopfront that’s hard to miss. 🩷

A compressed programme and late-stage design changes meant the QLD team had to think fast and stay flexible. Watching everyone pull together and successfully hand over a high-quality outcome like this is a special kind of satisfying.
