Last week at Kincoppal Elizabeth Bay...

Last week at Kincoppal Elizabeth Bay, our team pulled off something pretty special: lifting and installing a 2.7-tonne piling rig into position using a 20-tonne Franna crane.💪🏻

Navigating over neighbouring property boundaries while protecting surrounding gardens with weight-rated tracking mats required meticulous planning, certified lifting gear, and a team that turns obstacles into opportunities.

The rig was set up smoothly and safely, and piling commenced the same day. No disruption, no drama, just 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in action.⚡

The job ahead? Creating 8 specialised micro piles to support a critical retaining wall, plus 50 additional piles 5 metres deep around the site over the coming weeks.

What we love about moments like this is how they showcase construction's hidden complexity. To most people, it's just "drilling holes" - to us? It's precision engineering and careful coordination that makes all the difference.

This is only possible when you have the right partners - huge shoutout to Planix Projects Bligh Tanner Bennett Murada Architects and O&S Consulting 🙌
