Remember the timelapse post from our 96 North Steyne transformation? Well, we've hit some milestones that are worth celebrating!

The roof has been installed, brickwork’s wrapped up, and we're deep into the walls and ceilings lining installation. We're officially moving into the fitout phase! The 20 luxury apartments will really start to take shape, this iconic 1990s complex is becoming something truly special.

What's up next? The aluminium windows and door installation has commenced and then we kick off the tiling to all the wet areas.
