Jade has always been intrigued by the construction industry. She wanted the chance to work in an industry that's opening its doors wider - and being part of a company that doesn't just talk about supporting women and diversity but actually does. 🙌

Here's what gets us excited about Jade... She asked for site experience. Not an office or hybrid role. Only on site. Jade told us that working on a construction site as a woman is empowering - it builds confidence in skills people still underestimate.

Jade comes from a creative background, and she sees this as her superpower on site. She already gets that diverse teams - different backgrounds, different ways of thinking - lead to better solutions. "Sometimes you find great ideas by thinking creatively," she told us. Exactly.
