Our latest fit out at 477 Pitt Street transformed a cold shell in an office tower lobby into a warm, welcoming cafe.
Working with Anouk & Co., we brought their vision to life. The curved stonework on the corners and bar front became a real centrepiece, achieved through collaboration with Stream Line Joinery. The custom feature lighting above the counter follows the same curved layout as the stonework, creating this seamless flow throughout the space.
But like all great hospitality projects, this one kept us on our toes... Mid-build, the cafe owner introduced a double deck pizza oven that required complete redesign of the back of house commercial kitchen layout and exhaust system.
Challenge accepted. 💪
Our team coordinated the design changes seamlessly, proving once again that every project deserves a unique response. The outcome? A cafe where every curve tells a story of collaboration and craftsmanship.
Every space we create becomes woven into someone's story - that’s the magic of construction. We are shaping experiences; the setting for morning rituals, business breakthroughs, and countless connections, and when those experiences involve great coffee (walking distance from our office), even better!
Proud to work with Cushman & Wakefield, ISPT&CBRE alongside our Urban Core team Nick Gladstone, Paul Lightfoot & Queenus Cheung, thank you.
There's something powerful about experiencing the tangible results of our work.
