Meet Andrew Sebesfi! 🌟

Andrew's been on quite the journey with us! Starting as a Contract Administrator nearly four years ago, he's now our Senior Project Engineer - and we couldn't be prouder. But three months ago, something even more amazing happened... Andrew became a dad to baby Katie!

Right now, we're rolling out our new company-wide safety campaign across all sites, and it couldn't be more timely. We've introduced three different categories of signage; information-based, safety posters, and compliance posters - all using our signature Urban Core colours. It's not just about looking good, it's about creating that instant recognition, that consistency that says "this is an Urban Core site, and safety matters here."

This campaign is everyone's responsibility; it’s our collective commitment to making sure every single person - including Andrew - gets home safely to their families. To Katie. 💫 Congratulations Andrew! And to everyone out there - keep speaking up, let's keep looking out for each other on site!
