The room lights up when Dom starts talking 🤩

This morning we got to watch it happen again, cheering on our leader, Dominique Gill, at the inaugural Female Leadership in Apartment Management Excellence (FLAME) Event in Martin Place.

We love watching Dom speak, the same Dom on a panel as the one we see in the office and on site. She brings her whole self to it. And every time (and there have been a lot of times) she finds a fresh story to tell. This morning it was the idea that in a world racing toward AI, our emotions are the 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.

She also came back to one of our values, 𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞. Quoting author Ryan Holiday, she described every setback as a gift you have to unwrap, the learning is always sitting there in the middle.

We never get sick of hearing how she looked at an industry with few women on site and decided something had to change. Proud of you Dom, we 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 supporting you.
