💥Transforming Melbourne's CBD: CITIC House Success Story 💥
Our recent commercial fitout at CITIC House, 99 King Street Melbourne, is a testament to what can be achieved with innovation, agility and teamwork.
In just eight weeks, we delivered a speculative suite, tenant office fitout and upgraded the existing end-of-trip facilities. The project had its challenges – revamping the end-of-trip turned out to be impractical so we had to demolish the facilities and start from scratch, all within the existing program. 😱
This included digging huge trenches inside the carpark and cutting out the facade on the exterior of the building, with road closures and traffic management. 👷
We also had to navigate critical long-lead items like an operable wall and custom ceiling tiles. Our team rose to the challenge with exceptional problem-solving skills!
Key Achievements:
* Lightning-fast delivery. We had to complete the build – from the demo to the tenant going live in the office – within an ambitious eight-week deadline.
* Creative sourcing. Our value management solutions for joinery, metalworks and acoustics achieved a quality result that thrilled both the tenant and client.
* A major upgrade to end-of-trip. Introduced a modern, warm end-of-trip experience for users that had none of the moisture issues of the original.
