We're back in Tassie, this time for Mecca! 💄
Our first stop on the trip is Launceston, where we've been awarded the MECCA Brands retail fitout. It came to us as a cold shell, so we got building. We've put new walls up, commenced structural works to hold up the roof, and installed a full mechanical system, with a dry fire install throughout. Getting it in meant cutting into the slabs for penetrations. Same again for the new hydraulics to back of house: new kitchen, Mecca brush sinks, the lot.
It's a heritage building, so we're giving the facade a full upgrade and a new lease of life, while holding on to everything that makes it what it is, with the open ceilings and coffered bulkheads on show!
A strong team headed south for this one, a mix of our VIC and QLD crew, with Matthew Ciavarella, Sash Trajanovski, Lauren King and Grace Sancataldo, handling all things Mecca.
