Back in 2019, Paulina joined us wearing two hats - Contract Administrator while also managing the finance department. Numbers were her thing… but that was just the beginning!

As we were growing from Urban Fitouts to Urban Core, and as the company expanded, Paulina was right there making her own 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝 moves. She threw herself into project delivery, stepped up as Project Engineer - talk about someone who wasn't afraid to challenge herself! 💪

Then reality knocked... motherhood arrived. After taking advantage of our unique parental leave benefit, Paulina was ready to return. We created a finance position that was tailored to her strengths and, more importantly, to her life and what she enjoyed most.

We started with a completely flexible part-time schedule that worked for her as a new mum. Gradually building up her hours as she was ready. No pressure. No rigid timelines. Just genuine support for someone we deeply value. 🙌

You know what happened? We found ourselves with someone who's incredibly committed, ridiculously productive, and whose diverse experience across delivery and accounts makes her an absolute weapon in finance.💥
