💥 When Everything Just Clicks: Our Level 16 Success Story 💥

This was our second fit-out project in this building, having completed Level 21 earlier. There's something immensely satisfying about being invited back, being familiar with the building's quirks, site rules and logistics meant we hit the ground running from day one! We brought back the same subcontractors, which made coordination almost effortless.

There's an interesting story behind this fit-out. The previous tenant on Level 16 had moved up to Level 21. Which meant we demolished their old office and transformed the space for a new occupant. This time we were working directly for the building JLL rather than a specific client, which brings its own unique dynamic.

The space overlooks Barangaroo, and Lina Design Studio design concept was about bringing the outdoors in. The colour palette echoes the Barangaroo landscape complemented by elegant curved flooring, bespoke curved furniture, and thoughtfully designed ceiling lighting. The Barangaroo walk includes specific breeze blocks that were incorporated into the joinery and table design - a subtle reference that connects the space to its surroundings.

An overall remarkable achievement followed by celebratory drinks with JLL. Commendable work to the team Ravya Maggo, Jeita Hartwell and our client-side PM Spectrum Property & Projects for an exceptional delivery.
