💛 When "R U OK?" Becomes More Than Words

Last week we paused to really focus on what matters most - our people and their wellbeing. We kicked off with a presentation about incredible organisations like TradeMutt who are doing the hard work of changing conversations around mental health in our industry.

Then came something special... our afternoon creative session where everyone painted what they’re grateful for. Watching our team express what makes them happy through art was something special.
