Ashfield Business Tower

223 Liverpool Street was a major milestone project for us. A 10,000m² transformation revitalised a six-level office and retail tower. Our comprehensive scope included full refurbishment across all office levels, amenities, a new lobby, distinctive retail tenancies including a café, end-of-trip facilities, and significant façade upgrades including new cladding and a new awning for the building. Existing tenancy internals were demolished, the basement fitted out, cold shell in one of the tenancies and warm shell from the ground floor up to Level five. The extensive make-good works required replacing nearly all non-structural elements, both inside and out and major service upgrades.
