Darling Park Tower 2

The Darling Park Tower 2 project was one of our first major refurbishments and the headline challenge was replacing two major escalators in one of Sydney’s busiest office precinct! In addition to the escalator replacement, our delivery included upgrading façades with fire-rated cladding, hospitality operators shopfront fitout and refreshing the ground floor lobby. In partnership with Schindler Lifts Australia, we addressed the project's access challenges through innovative thinking. The implementation of two-piece escalators, rather than conventional one-piece systems, achieved both improved installation efficiency and enhanced project outcomes. Our primary challenge involved managing construction within a fully operational tower while coordinating public space disruptions.
